Job Description:

  • Main administrative point of contact for clients alongside an Account Executive
  • Responsible for the day to day upkeep and administration of the benefits for our clients
  • Prepare annual enrollment spreadsheets and applicable materials for existing clients
  • Prepare and assemble communication materials for new and existing clients regarding their insurance benefits
  • Ability to improvise and create plan documents/materials as requested by clients
  • Communicate with clients and participants via email and phone
  • Organize and coordinate workflow while managing numerous client deadlines
  • Attend Benefit Fairs and other employer meetings as needed
  • Run reports for team when requested.

Required Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Prior insurance experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt within a changing environment
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including Excel spreadsheets
  • Respect for highly confidential matters
  • Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, proactive and innovative.
